In fact when customer service is great, the customer doesn't care that much about price. As was evident in my discussion with you, the extra $5.00 was not that much of an issue for me because the quality of customer service you were providing - taking the time to address my concerns, following up on the order, and then getting back to me with timelines - is worth more to me than the extra $5.00, so no need to issue that credit. I have been doing business with Jim for
several years now and I would not change. His integrity is beyond compare.
His knowledge of equipment and figuring out the right equipment for us has
been beneficial financially as well as increasing the professional
appearance and actions of our business.

I have been ordering my company's toners,
cartridges and etc. from Jim for nine years. There has never been a time
that he hasn't taken the time to help me in finding what will best work for
us, both technically and financially. If I am not sure of an item or exactly
what I need and if he doesn't know the answer immediately when I call or
email; he will find the answer with the cost and get back to me and it is
usually within a very short period of time. He always keeps me posted on
upcoming price changes the minute he is made aware. If he isn't going to be
available, he will email his customers in advance to give them plenty of
time to get their orders into him so they will not be left stranded. Jim has
always gone out of his way to help in any way possible and it is a pleasure
dealing with someone that still provides customer service and truly cares
