WARNING
If your are in
need of a currency counter then you need to know the following so you can
make the RIGHT decision. Any manufacturers low priced
currency counters are mainly designed for operation for a maximum of
about 10 minutes use at a time. YOU MUST give the unit about
a 10 minute rest to cool down before continuing for another 10
minutes of use. These units are basically designed for home use or
very light use only. The motors in them are very light duty motors
and will not hold up if you use for greater periods of time
without giving them time to cool down. If you want to use for
periods at a time of greater than 10 minutes then you will need to
step you to a higher priced unit. If you want to use for at least 30
minutes or more continuously then you need to look for a unit that
has a "Bank Grade Counter" rating. |

Value Counter can sort and count all five U.S. coin denominations
simultaneously, provide value counting displays for each
denomination and the total of all denominations. This sorter enables
the operator to select batch stop settings for each denomination
separately (typically used in coin packaging/wrapping applications)
or for all denominations together (typically used in bagging
applications). Batching may also be turned off if not desired. The
Semacon S-520 has a compact design that features a solid metal chassis and
heavy duty metal components designed to withstand the heavy use
found in commercial sorting and counting applications. This machine
employs a motorized chain driven sorting mechanism not prone to the
jamming and maintenance problems associated with gravity and rail
sorters. The optional machine clamp kit should be used when bagging,

Coin Sorter / Value Counter is durable and dependable, with a
solid metal chassis and heavy duty metal components, as well as a
motorized chain driven sorting mechanism. This design is superior to
gravity and rail type sorters, as it is not prone to the jamming and
maintenance problems generally associated with them.
Batch stop settings are selected for each coin denomination,
facilitating packaging or bagging. Batch levels accumulate
independently from subtotals and grand totals, and may be cleared
manually or automatically when a bag, wrapper, or drawer is full.
The function may be turned off when not in use. Other functions
include subtotaling / grand totaling, selective total clearing, and
end of day/shift balancing. In the event of a power failure or
turning off the machine, a memory backup maintains all totals and
