500F Burglary Fire Resistant Safe will protect
your valuables, important data, electronic records, paper and
more safe from theft and fires. It is manufacturer tested for 1
hour of fire protection up to 1700°F and tested for 30 minutes
of protection up to 2000°F. Fire and impact tested, the safe is
first put in a furnace for 30 minutes at 2000°F then dropped 30'
onto a brick surface and concrete base, then the safe gets put
back in the furnace at 200°F for another 30 minutes. The

500F has sufficiently and effectively passed
the fire endurance test, fire explosion test and the fire &
impact test.
The
DocuGem
500F Burglary Fire Resistant Safe has a small
plastic pull out tray located on the top inside of the safe,
great for flash drives, CD's, SD cards, hard drives and other
small items. This safe features an electronic lock and key with
an emergency override key and includes a battery back up pack
that plugs into the bottom of the lock in case the internal
batteries stop working.. The safe includes 2 live locking door
bolts and 2 dead door bolts. The electronic lock displays the
date (month, day and year), time and battery life, it also
records the exact date and time that the safe was opened up to
the last 14 times it was opened. Create your own combination
code between 4-8 digits long. The safe can handle a fire of
2000ºF while maintaining an internal temperature of 275ºF.
